David Gregory was welcomed to the Judge family in the 2024 academic year. He is teaching Algebra I, Advanced Algebra 2 Honors, and Geometry this school year.
Growing up, he has always been interested in numbers coming from a STEM-oriented family. He competed in math competitions in middle school through high school, as well as went on to study various mathematical topics in college with the mindset of being either a data analyst or actuary. During his senior year of college, he realized that he enjoyed helping others and directly making an impact through his college's tutoring program so he shifted his focus to becoming a math teacher as his passionate career.
Outside of the classroom, David enjoys an athletic and chill lifestyle. One can see him staying fit by running near the mountains and Liberty Park, playing outdoor basketball, and exploring the outdoors. Besides enjoying numbers in a math environment, he fell in love with sports given the number of statistics involved, so if anyone wants to talk sports, he's the go-to person.
"A black belt is just a white belt who never gave up" - A message told to David growing up that he wants his students to understand and implement into their own life so they can believe they can achieve anything they put their heart, mind, and soul into.
