We are incredibly honored to announce that Judge Memorial has once again been ranked among the top-300 high schools in the United States in the 2022 Challenge Index, the nation’s oldest high school ranking system, run by columnist Jay Mathews of The Washington Post. What’s more, Judge’s 213 ranking places us in the top 1 percent of all American high schools — the only high school in Utah to earn that designation.

Judge Memorial’s Annual DAY OF GIVING was a great success. We appreciate the support of alumni, parents, friends and extended family. Together WE RAISED OVER $35,700 to help us fund the next 100 years and that doesn't even include the $20,000 matching gift or additional gifts coming in this weekend.

Judge Girls Basketball beat Richfield 43-37 to win the school’s first-ever 3A State Championship!

The Bulldogs capped an undefeated, 26-0 season with shrieks at mid-court and MVP chants for Teya Sidberry before cutting down the nets. Congratulations to our players and coaches for showing boundless heart and belief to take the title!

Judge Memorial celebrates winning both the boy’s and girl’s team titles at the 3A swimming state championships at Brigham Young University on Feb. 12, 2022.

For the boys, it’s a championship repeat and 6th overall state title. This is the Bulldogs’ 12th girls title in school history. Head Coach Sage Maaranen also won 3A Coach of the Year.

What an honor to be recognized as a 2021 National Blue Ribbon School on the Utah House floor at the State Capitol! Special thanks to Rep. Joel Briscoe for making the announcement at the open of the Feb. 9 legislative session.

As the Yerkovich Gym crescendoed with chants of "Teya! Teya! Teya!" the senior star managed an aw-shucks smile as she fumbled with an All-Time Utah Scoring Leader championship belt akin to something you'd see draped over Muhammed Ali.

Moments earlier, she turned a perfect, full-court pass into a gliding layup to eclipse 2,385 points, and with it, every boys and girls high school scoring record in Utah history.

Join us for the 14th Annual Judge Memorial and St. Mary’s Alumni and Student Art Show on April 6 as we Celebrate the Arts @ Judge! Come enjoy amazing art, poetry readings and light refreshments. A 20% donation on anything purchased at the Evergreen Gallery the evening of the Art Show will be given to Judge Memorial Catholic High School.

Thank you to everyone who participated in this year's virtual Gala & Auction January 29-February 5. The event was a great success! Although the online auction is closed, you can still sign up for some fun JUDGE PARTIES taking place in the next six months.

The LIVE STREAMED PROGRAM was very entertaining with some amazing performances from the talented Judge strings and jazz bands plus our choir. Judge alumni Principal Lambert and emcee Alana Brophy lead the program that also included student speakers from Student Council. On a still Saturday afternoon January 22, Teya Sidberry erupted for 56 points, setting a new Utah state record for the most points in a single game. Sidberry is on pace to become the state’s all time leading scorer for both girls and boys basketball.

AP course applications for the 2022-2023 school year are now available online. Judge offers a wide range of advanced placement courses.

As we launch our second century, we figured the time is right to unveil a new school website. We are very excited for our parents, prospective families, alumni, students and entire school community to explore Judge Memorial's digital facelift.

Did you know your child can earn high school credits as a middle school student on our campus? The Lourdes Middle School Academy opened this fall on 4th Floor Learning Commons at Judge.

Since 1921, Judge has been an example of excellence in education, and we are so proud to celebrate our centennial anniversary. Our college preparatory program focuses on the academic, social, physical, and spiritual growth of our students.

Judge Memorial was selected as a 2021 National Blue Ribbon School, regarded as the nation’s most prestigious academic recognition. The announcement marks just the second time since 1998 that a Utah high school has received the award since Judge last earned Blue Ribbon honoree status in 1998. Judge also earned the recognition in 1984 and 1989.
